Realize gender equality
Gender equality such as nationality, educational background and gender is indispensable for promoting sustainable development. To put an end to all forms of discrimination is fundamental human rights and it has a ripple effect on all other development areas.
In some areas, inequality in employment opportunities is still large and there is a disparity between men and women. Hirota Corporation builds the foundation for human resource development through OJT, training, domestic and foreign project experience thorough conducting diversity management.
In 2018, by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan, Hirota Corporation became the “Youth Ale Certified Company” which is the certificate of excellent company of employment management of young people and employees.
We continue to enhance our human resources development program more and more, and have committed to work on business development together with our diversity company team mates.
